Our Sliver Management Alicante

The Sliver Management package includes: Your own personal web page with unique address including hosting for one year, designed by one of our team, advertising your property on our web sites. Meet and Greet, (our bookings only there is a 30 Euro Plus IVA fee to add if you require us to meet your bookings)Key holding which includes regular property inspections

One of our main selling points is that we have been to every property.

Therefore, before we place the property on our website, we will visit each property, take our own photos and do our own write-up.

We will therefore need to gain access to the villa when it is not occupied by guests.

We can either visit your properties alone or accompanied by you – whichever you prefer. We do not charge you anything for visiting the property or to add your property to the website.

The Sliver Management package.

We deal with all Bookings and Lettings and is ideal for people who do not have the time to deal directly with their customers. It can be hard, time consuming work and it is important to be aware of the possible headaches it can involved.

Our Sliver Management Package is 330 Euro Plus IVA a year

SERVICE FEES

Commission: 20%+ IVA
Call Out Fee: 30€ + IVA
Service Surcharge*: 20% + IVA
*Service Surcharge is applied to costs of all Repairs and Utilities
Mileage Fee: 35 cents/KM

Regular Property Inspections
Check for pest & vermin and recommended action
Perform visual inspection of interior and exterior
Test all appliances and electrical equipment
Ensure all security services and equipment are working
Check all furniture and furnishings for wear & tear
Advertising on our holiday rental site
