Holiday Rentals La Marina urbanization is a Large community, with lots of villas with pools available year round for rental.
Close to Alicante Airport and only 14 kilometers from the city of Elche.
In the immediate vicinity is Guardamar Del Segura which has one of the best beaches in Alicante, the small village of San Fulgencio is within 10 minute drive and La Marina village is within 5 minute drive with lots of bars and restaurants and of course the sandy beach.
You will find a long sandy beach several kilometres long and, of course, just 4 Kilometres away of the urbanization of La Marina.
Within 25 minute drive you have the new, Centro Comercial Zenia Boulevard which is located in the small town of La Zenia on the Orihuela Costa.
This is not a indoor shopping mall located in a building. but outdoor mall, with lots of shops and restaurants for you to browse.
The adult shopping and children’s play experience
There are streets, squares and even a huge fountain for the kids. The Centro Comercial hosts regular concerts and other events.
The gardeners look after the 90 different plant species every day.

Our three and four bedroom villas all come with private pools and close to bars, restaurants and shops as well as the beautiful beaches here in Alicante on the Costa Blanca.
Booking terms
To secure your holiday a deposit of 25% of the holiday price is required. The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday and returnable security bond.
The one-off linen/final cleaning fee must be paid on Arrival, PLEASE NOTE MUST BE PAID IN CASH
Late arrivals after 20.00hrs will incur a 25 euro fee and after 23.00 hrs up to 01.00 hrs a 50 euro fee when handing over the keys at the property.
Please note arrivals after 01.00am will have to be confirmed before booking as there is an extra cost involved.
FREE Wi-Fi is available at on our properties.
All our properties will be cleaned to a high standard and fresh bed linen, bath towels, hand towels are provided. We can also supply cot and Highchair hire at £20 or 25 Euro a week each. Arrival at the property is from 1400 hrs and departure from 10.00hrs.
